Phosphatidyl Serine (PS) is a phospholipid compound derived from soy. As a nootropic nutrient, PS plays an important role in the integrity and fluidity of cell membranesas well as enhancing acetylcholine release.

Choline plays a critical role in the higher level cerebrocortical functions of thoughts, memory and intellect.
