EGCg Green Tea Extract

Green Tea Extract contains numerous compounds, including Polyphenols and Catechins, that provide potent antioxidant benefits. Research suggests that the epigallocatechin gallate (EGCg), an antioxidant-like compound found in green tea, is over 200 times more powerful than vitamin E in neutralizing pro-oxidants and free radicals.

Green Tea & Cognitive Health: Green tea consumption lessens the risk of Age-Related Cognitive Decline (ARCD) in Seniors. Lab research also suggests that EGCg decreases production of beta-amyloid, a protein that forms the plaques responsible for Alzheimer’s.
