Vitamin B complex
The Vitamin B complex include all of the known essential water-soluble vitamins
(except for vitamin C.) Water-soluble vitamins are used by the body in 2-4 days
or excreted and need to be replenished daily with food sources or supplements.
The B vitamins are required for cognition, mood, menstrual and obstetric health, as well as for diabetes and energy production.
They may thus be beneficial for women on the contraceptive pill, menstruating and menopausal women, heavy drinkers and people who are feeling run down and lacking energy
